my approach 

I approach coaching sessions 

focusing on three core areas. 

The program is a 3 or 6 month commitment. We meet 2x a month for 50 mins. 

You will come away from sessions with a tailored action plan with goals made by you. 

I offer support and accountability to help make your goals sustainable with your lifestyle. 

The 6 month commitment is enough time to establish new habits, routines and behaviors. 

To approach health and wellness, we have to go far beyond just what we have on our plate.
